June is National Migraine and Headache Month

According to the Migraine Research Foundation, migraines affect 39 million men, women and children in the U.S. and 1 billion worldwide.  Chances are you or someone you know has experienced at least one migraine in their life.  For 12% of the population, migraines are a regular part of their lives.  That's why we're taking the time to point out some resources that might help migraine sufferers.  

Remember, as with all medical issues, it is important to talk to your doctor about your headaches/migraines, as well as any lifestyle changes you are considering.
