KIDS Story Art
KIDS Story Art is designated for children ages 3 to 7 and their grownups to listen to a retelling of one of our favorite books and then show their creative side with a work of art inspired by the book.
Each KIDS Story Art event may have a different medium including finger painting, dot makers, clay, and more. This event is known to be messy, and attendees should dress accordingly.
Attendees will leave with a storytelling experience and their own piece of artwork. These events are free and no registration is required.
KIDS Story Build
KIDS Story Build is made for children ages 3 to 7 and their grownups. Children’s Librarians will read one of the scheduled books followed by a brick-building theme activity.
Each program lasts approximately 45 minutes. Bring a camera to take pictures of your creation as your keepsake.

KIDS Story Craft
KIDS Story Craft is the creation of our beloved Storytime with a fun craft afterward. This event is made for children ages 3 to 7 with their grownups.
This program lasts approximately 20 minutes.
Children age 9 and under may not be left unattended at any program or branch of the St. Tammany Parish Library.
