Collecting donations of packages of new underwear for boys or girls

The Library is collecting donations of packages of new underwear for boys or girls in sizes 4-16. Donations will be sent to public elementary schools to give out when emergencies happen. Drop off from Monday, July 30, through Saturday, August 4, at the Causeway, Madisonville, Mandeville, Slidell and South Slidell libraries.*

Celebrate underwear with family storytime at the Causeway Branch Library! Friday, August 3, 10:00 A.M.

By the way, Sunday, August 5 is "National Underwear Day!"

*For each package of underwear donated, you can have $1.00 of fines waived.
