Library Director Donald Westmoreland to Retire

St. Tammany Parish Library Director Donald Westmoreland announced last week that he will be retiring on March 16, 2018.

The Library Board of Control named the library’s assistant director of finance and support, Kelly LaRocca, interim director.

Board President Rebecca Taylor said, “The Library Board of Control is completely confident in Kelly's abilities to fulfill the role of interim director.”

The board has formed a committee to begin a nation-wide search for a new library director.
