2024 Lisabeth Millard Scholarship Winners Announced!

Friends of the Library of West St. Tammany Scholarship for Local Students

The Friends of the Library of West St. Tammany are proud to announce the recipients of the 2024 Lisabeth Millard Scholarship!

The first recipient is Susannah Donoghue, daughter of Brandy Fairburn and Mark Donoghue. She graduated from Mandeville High School earlier this month and plans to attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and major in Computer Science.

The second recipient is Veronica Ise, daughter of Erica Ise. She graduated from Mandeville High School earlier this month and plans to attend Tulane University and major in Neuroscience and Marine Biology on a pre-vet track.

The Friends of the Library of West St. Tammany – “Lisabeth Millard Scholarship" is a $2,000 scholarship awarded to a graduating high school senior who will be attending an accredited four (4) year college or university starting in the fall of each year. Applications are accepted in the early spring of each year and closed at the beginning of April.
