Online registration for a St. Tammany Parish Library E-access card is free and open to St. Tammany Parish residents 18 and over. (E-access cards are not currently available for minors. Please visit a local branch, opens a new window to apply for a card for your child (ages 5-17).)
The card can be used right away to access digital resources and place books on hold. To obtain a physical library card for use to check out items in the branches and to pick up your items on hold, you will need to come into a branch to pick up your physical card.
Residents of parishes other than St. Tammany can get a library card for a $30 annual fee. Please visit one of the STPL branch libraries, opens a new window in person to apply for an Out-of-Parish card.
Complete the form below to register for your E-access card. A valid email address is required to receive your E-access card number. Residents without an email address can visit any library branch to apply for a library card in person.
